Our responsibilities include the collection of monthly levies,
together with the monthly presentation of management
accounts whereupon the actual trading results of the Body
Corporate can be compared against budget.
Our management furthermore includes an investigation into the insurance values placed on the property as well as the day-today administration of the complex and in most cases, we
attempt to eliminate the duties of Trustees on the basis that
they are mostly fully employed and have little time to deal with the day-to-day issues.
Trustees in our opinion should be in a monitoring capacity to ensure that the complex is efficiently managed and that standards have been maintained. We also prepare the 10 Year Maintenance Plan on behalf of the Trustees and assist in the Management of The Sectional Titles Management Act. We are also conversant with the provision as set out by CSOS.
